This place is quite wonderful. Although you can't make friends with salad, the courses (of the vego degustation) were very delicious and filling. The paired wines were fantastic, and the cocktails were very good too. The most standout part of our experience was the absolutely above standard, fantastic, amazing service. I will happily revisit this place!
This venue is great on eagle st and on the water. Amazing locaton for a function. The food here is fabulous, only high quality food is served here. It can add up quickly but you will definitely have an experience worth the expense. Dinner for two, drinks with the crew or a wedding Alchemy is suitable for it all.
Quality just not there for the prices they are asking. Inclusive of beer and wine, we paid about $170 per person, so you'd expect something special for that. We had a group of 10 and they struggled to get our meals out very close together and some of the meals were just cold. My meal wasn't too cold but it was fairly undercooked for what it should have been and was quite an average piece of meat for a sirloin. The staff were OK, but again, not what you'd expect for premium prices. Overall, it wasn't bad but just not great for the price.
