The Shiraz Republic is a multiple award-winning cellar door, winery and brewery open seven days a week for a perfect day out. Based 30 minutes from Bendigo, in the heart of the Heathcote Wine Region, The Shiraz Republic offer top quality wine and craft beer surrounded by picturesque vineyard and farm artefacts. The rustic, yet modern, cellar door has plenty of space to sit and relax either outside in front of the vines or inside the barrel room.
